AANMA LTD. provides Energy Healing, Coaching and Akashic Records Services. AANMA LTD. Is responsible as the ‘data controller’ & ‘data processor’ for all personal information collected for the purposes of the law and for this Privacy Notice. The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
· Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details i.e email addresses and contact numbers)
· Financial details (e.g bank account names, sort codes, & account numbers for processing of invoices, customer payments e.t.c)

· Photos of clients– only to provide remote healing via the Healy device where requested.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We use the information that you have given us to:

· To provide and maintain services and provide continued client support i.e emails, contracts, invoices, calls)

We may share this information with our approved specialist software and services providers, in addition to any required legal bodies in the UK and USA. We use Insightly for our CRM and their server and HQ is based in California USA. California is one of a few US States that has a privacy law, and it is called California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and covers privacy advice for consumers. Our CRM provider Insightly Inc adheres to all requirements of this legislation, as set out by the state government, with regards to the protection of personal data. We would always inform you ahead of acting on any instructions to proceed with any of our services, should your personal data be stored on our online CRM, by way of this privacy notice and/or a contract. This data sharing enables AANMA LTD. to supply the above documented services to you in a professional and timely manner. Furthermore, it ensures compliance with all necessary UK GDPR & Data Protection Act (2018) lawful requirements. AANMA LTD. will share personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law. We will not share your personal information with any other third party.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your personal data including but not limited to name, address, contact details, details of our consultations for the duration of your contracted agreement with AANMA LTD. We also hold this information for 2 years after any contract date to facilitate after sales support and to provide any other services. We will then dispose of your information by deleting all online copies of your data and destroying any data in hard copy in line with the UK GDPR Document & Retention Policy.
