The Aanma Evolutionary Pathway is designed to teach people how to heal themselves, trust their intuition, work with their unique gifts and energy, and connect with their soul’s essence across time and space. Aanma means aligning heart, mind and soul and the Evolutionary Pathway is designed to help you evolve and evolve as you grow. The core aim of my offerings is self‑empowerment and self‑love.
It has grown out of my work as a healer and from my own journey of learning how to heal through illness, emotional challenges, and the complexities of being human. Over time, my work has evolved from healing others to teaching people how to heal themselves, because that is what creates the most sustainable and transformative results. I’ve drawn from both my personal experiences and my work with clients to create simple, powerful, and practical tools that support people through their own healing.
My teachings are combined with my intuitive abilities — my capacity to see people’s souls, help them connect with their essence, remember their soul histories, and align with their unique soul pathways so they can experience more ease, grace, and joy in their lives.
My work naturally attracts old, advanced souls — people who have spent many lifetimes serving others, often at the expense of themselves. These souls come into this life to end cycles of suffering, reclaim who they are, and finally enjoy being alive. I believe empowered people power the world, and when we shine as ourselves, we give others permission to do the same. That is the greatest service of all.
Healing can be intense and challenging at times, but I believe it can also be joyful, playful, and deeply fulfilling. My own experiences have taught me that human life is precious, and part of the work is learning to enjoy it fully.

Some courses are currently in development and will be released in stages, so you can move through the pathway in a clear, supported, and intentional way. Available courses are in emboldened text below.
The pathway is designed to build your skills progressively — beginning with strong energetic foundations and moving into deeper healing, embodiment, and soul alignment. Because each stage builds on the last, every course must be completed in order to enrol in the next.
Everyone begins with Energy Essentials, which is required before joining Embodiment and the other courses. This structure ensures safe, steady, and well‑supported transformation for all participants.

All courses are online. Core courses often include live group teaching, while supplementary courses do not. Core courses with live teaching are scheduled throughout the year. Intermediate and advanced levels will offer in person courses and retreats in the future.
